Billy Roy Moore was born December 20, 1951 in Gregg County to Adolphus Moore Sr. and Katie Lee Fields Moore. He went home to be with the Lord on February 21, 2025.
He attended Kilgore Schools in Kilgore, Texas. In his early years he moved to Palm Springs, California to be near two of his siblings. He decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and became a Master Plumber. On January 14, 2007 he joined the Hope Storehouse Christian Center Church. Billy was loved by everyone. He will be greatly missed. He loved coming back to Texas to visit his family.
He was preceded in death by both parents Adolphus and Katie Moore; daughter, Deliah Moore; brothers; Adolphus Moore Jr., Carl Moore Sr., Robert Moore, Cecil Moore Sr., and Harold Moore; Sisters, Gloria Moore, Madge Moore, Jewell Moore Johnson, Mary Moore; Nephew, Rodney Moore; Niece, Felicia Moore; Nephew, Keith Moore.
He leaves to cherish his memories Daughters, Nathalie R. Moore, NeFertiti Moore; Sisters, Terry Moore Watson (John) of Shreveport; LA, Duann Moore, Beverly Moore London both of Longview, TX. Uncle, Reverend Thomas Moore Sr. of Marshall, TX; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, church family and friends.
