Billy Earl O’Neal was born on January 27, 1948, in Longview, Texas to the late George O’Neal, Sr. and Tommie Mae O’Neal. Billy was a graduate of Longview Public School District and later joined the United States Army. He worked for the Railroad and later worked as a floor tech and had a love for animals.
Billy accepted Christ early in life and became a Chaplain in later years. He was faithful to the ministry until his homegoing on March 26, 2026 (a beautiful Thursday).
Billy’s most cherished memories are left to his wife: Jessie O’Neal; brother: George O’Neal Jr.; children: Veronica, Tausha, Billy (LaTonya), Albert and LaMarcus; loving grandchildren; greatgrandchildren; family and a host of friends.
