Calvin Adams

Calvin Adams was born September 13, 1955, in Henderson TX, to Annie D. Tenner and Rayford Adams.

He grew up in Oak Hill where he attended Fredonia Baptist Church.  He attended elementary and high school in Henderson TX.  He graduated from Henderson High School in 1974.

Calvin worked many odd jobs but mainly construction work.

He is preceded in death by his father, Rayford Adams; stepmother, Alma Jean Adams; grandmother, Gladys Adams, grandfather, Roscoe Adams; sister, Rachel Ann Adams; and granddaughter, LeDaica Rider.

Loving memories, his daughter, Cinai Williams of Longview; grandchildren Nyaja, Cinciir, Samiya, and Sami’J, all of Longview; great granddaughter, Kiona Billington of Longview; sisters Norma (Jimmy) Johnson, Kilgore TX, Sandra Thurmond and Annetta Turner, both of Dallas TX; brothers, Kenneth Adams (Chelsy) of Colony TX, Michael Tenner and Anthony (Norma) Adams, of Kilgore TX, James Tenner and Willie Earl Tenner; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that will miss him dearly.
