Charlotte Dean Lewis was born in West Monroe, Louisiana , to the late Artis Lewis Sr., and Annie Lesper Harris Lewis.
She was one of the first black cheerleaders at Longview High School along with academic achievements.
Charlotte was a dedicated worker for the State of Texas for 25 years and was a protective and loving sister/daughter. Her love and passion for animals will always be respected and remembered as well.
