CODIE UNTRʹE POLK was born to Stephen Porter and Chimiya Polk on September 10, 2003 in Longview, Texas.
He attended Longview Independent School District where he graduated from Longview High School, Class of 2022, where he was on the distinguish program. He played football and basketball, which he loved. After high school, he stayed home to take care of his mom and nephew.
He truly loved his family and friends. Spending time with his dad and Jkadyn playing on the play station. Being spoiled by granny, following and bugging his big sister Chaniya. Fighting and rough housing his twin sisters, hanging out with his big brothers and talking on the phone with his sister, Dominique.
Codie was preceded in death by his great‐grandparents Edna Polk and George Polk of Longview, TX; Sidney Sebron and Ruth Hazel Sebron of Longview, TX; his grandparents Bobby Ray Taylor and Sharon Porter of Longview, TX; his uncles and aunts Carter Polk, Troy Polk, Johnny Wright, Willie Polk, Merle McGee, Sylvia Wells, Ricki Miles, Kelvin Cook (Cookbook), Ralph Orange and Brantravious Williams.
