Mrs. Diann Edwards Williams was born in Gregg County, Gladewater, Texas to the union of Mr. Willie and Frankie Mae Edwards on August 20, 1949. She is preceded in death by her father, mother, her beloved husband Mr. Neal Williams, 2 sisters and 2 brothers.    

Early in life, she became a member of Perry Clay Chapel C.M.E and later joined Zion Hill Baptist Church of Tatum, Texas where she was an active and dedicated member of her church.

She attended Mary C. Womack School. She retired from Tatum ISD and after retirement she worked part time at Lil Eagles Daycare where she became known as Diann “The Best Cook” by all. 

She leaves to cherish her son, Kevin Neal Williams (Tatum, TX) and daughter Tiffany Griffin (Euless, TX); a brother, Charles E. Lewis (California); 8 grandchildren who she loved dearly; a host of nieces, nephews, and a special friend Ms. Elene Shaw.
