Eva Mae Ingram blessed this world on September 9, 1944 in Longview, Texas to William Sr. and Ella Mae Horn. She graduated from Womack High School and was a member at Greater Mt. Gideon Baptist Church.
For fifty years she was married to Aransome Ingram, Sr. and they had three children. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother that would do anything and everything for all of them. Spending time with her family was her first priority whether it was watching TV or dancing with them. She never met a stranger anywhere she went because her “bigger than life” personality took over. Her cooking brought everyone together near and far. No light will ever shine as bright as hers.
Eva departed this earthly life on December 14, 2024. She was preceded in death by her loving husband: Aransome Ingram Sr.; father: William C. Horn, Sr.; mother: Ella Mae Horn; siblings: Glinder Faye Jones, Marion Horn and Arthur Faggett.
She leaves to cherish her memories her children: Derrick Horne (Gabriela), Aransome Ingram Jr. (Kamisha) and LaSheila Ingram Coffer; siblings: Ernest Marie Peoples (Chester), William C. Horn Jr. (Dorothy), and Calvin Horn; grandchildren: Marcellus Haynes, Shearren Johnson, Darren Brown Jr. (Ashley), Aleesha Coffer, Aleesa Coffer, Isiah Murry, Kartayvian J. Roberts, and Jonny Coffer; great -grandchildren: Arthur Johnson Jr., Trinidi Johnson, Jahmari Bailey. Jahleah Bailey, Alayiah Brown, A’Lyric Brown, Darren Brown III, Armani Brown, Nicoe Turner, Anala Turner, Kaidyn Thomas, Kailynne Thomas, and Devin Martinez; special friends: Berthina Vaughn and Cassandra Boult; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
