Frederick was born March 14, 1949 in Berkley, CA to Lozell Taylor and Essie Bush Taylor Polk.
He is the grandson of Robert (Pie) Bush and Lottie Taylor Bush and Chauncy Taylor and Jefferson Madden Taylor. He is the great-grandson of Rev. Charles Taylor and Anna Johnson Taylor.
He received his education in Longview, TX. He graduated from Mountaineer Job Corps in Albuquerque, NM. He worked 10 years at Moore Brother's Lumber Company. He then worked for Brown and Root, Inc. for over 30 years. He also worked for Service Master for 5 years until his health failed him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, stepfather Pation Polk, grandparents Robert (Pie) Bush and Lottie Taylor Bush, one sister Brenda S. Taylor, one brother Ricky Kerry Lynn Taylor and one nephew Alfonso C. Taylor.
Loving memories of Freddie will be cherished by his sister, Loretta Taylor; two nieces, Patricia Taylor, Marva Taylor; two nephews, Jonathan Taylor, Roderick Jackson Taylor; two great-nieces, Iyanna Taylor, Cataria Taylor; two special cousins, Erma Jean Starling, Ruby Pearson; two special friends, Karmen King and Ja-Marcus Harrison Davis and a host of family and friends who will miss him dearly.
