Guino Costict Obituary

Guino Somocleo Costict Sr. was born in Norfolk, VA to the union of Jessie James Costict Sr. and Lula Virginia Costict on October 19, 1955.

Guino was baptized and inducted into Christ at Mt. Levon Baptist Church in Chesapeake, Virginia. Guino served in the United States Army starting in 1972. He served for six years and he achieved the rank of Military Police. When Guino wasn’t working, he enjoyed spending time with his wife and children. He also enjoyed restoring and maintaining his vehicles. Guino worked in the East Texas area as a general contractor for 20 plus years.

He was preceded in death by his father, mother, foster father, George Moyler, foster mother, Iwanza Moyler, brothers, Larry Miller, Andrea Costict, Dave Costict and Donnie Costict, and sister, Delores Miller.

Celebrants: Rejoicing and sharing his life are his wife, Yavetta Simone Costict; Sons, Otis Fitts, Guino Somocleo Costict Jr. and Sergio Taurean Costict; Daughters, Yakita Richardson, Celeste Lewis, Giovanni LaShay Kearse and Andreaya Costict; Father‐In‐Law, Freddie Davis; Mother‐In‐Law, Emmie Davetta Davis; Brothers, Jessie James Costict Jr., Paul Costict, George Tyrone Costict and Robert Lee Walton Jr.; Sisters, Valarie Alexander, Patricia Tucker, Paula Costict, Jamie McCants, Netommie Lewis and Sheila Jackson; Uncles, Tony Costict and Eddie Costict; Aunt, Diane Costict; and a host of other uncles, aunts, cousins, family and friends.
