Hollis V. Lilly

Mr. Hollis Lilly was born June 9, 1937 to the parents of Elzie Lilly and L. Z. Coleman. He was one of eleven children. He graduated from Mary C. Womack Color High School.

He worked for Brookshire's Grocery for many years.

Mr. Lilly married Johnnie Mae Blackmon and to this union one child was born. Later, he married Annie Lois Bishop and no children were born to this union.

Hollis V. was a long‐time member of the Harrison Street Church of Christ until his health failed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Hollie Lilly, sisters Juanita Lilly and Shirley Mathis, brothers Bobby, Elzie Jr. and Earl.

Hollis leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Annie Lois; granddaughter, Brittainy Daniels; sisters, Helen George and Joycey Woolridge both of Longview, TX, Dorothy Perry of Desoto, TX; one brother, Donald Ray Lilly; two great‐grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins along with special friends, Nelson Smith and Gayle Wade.
