James Edward Allison Obituary

James E. Allison was born July 16, 1945 in Panola County, Texas to Willie Washington & Nornice Allison.


James was a retired truck driver of many years. He loved traveling to Galveston, fishing, CB radio, his children and grandchildren.


He was preceded in death by his parents: Vernon Smith & Nornice Allison-Smith and sister: Francis Marie Chatham.


He leaves to cherish his memory his wife: Ida Allison; sister: Virginia “Ann” Smith-Brown; children: Tonium Stevenson, Kimberly Allison, Philip Kevin (Rochelle) Hill (Ft. Worth, Texas),
Delois Smith (Marshall, Texas), James (Taleisha) Allison Jr. (Longview, Texas), Terry (Temper) Allison (Minnesota), and, Randy (Melva) Sheffield (Lewisville, Texas); 20 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
