Jimmy Daniell Isaac was born January 12, 1977 in Rusk County to Mae K. Geter and Roger Pegues.
He graduated from Tatum High School and went on to further his education at Tyler Junior College and Lon Morris College, majoring in Political Science.
He started his Journalism career in High School and then later worked for Henderson Daily News, Channel 19, and presently at Longview News Journal until his health failed.
He accepted Christ and was baptized at an early age and was a member of Fredonia Baptist Church where he was an avid singer and later joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Deacon Felix Isaac Sr.
He departed this life August 21, 2020 at 6:10 p.m. at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas TX after surviving 12 heart surgeries in 4 months. Special thanks to Baylor Hospital Staff and all who tirelessly cared for him.
He leaves to cherish his memory: mother, Mae K. Geter; father, Roger Pegues; grandmother, Mable Isaac; sister, Kambry Cox (Barry); brothers, Michael Pegues and Rashad Pegues; best friend, Randy Ross; nephew, Kellan Bryce Cox (Bugsy); niece Omega Kashmir Cox (Key); aunts, Rosie Peterson (Leo), Marquette Adams (Alfred Sr.); uncles, Felix Isaac Jr. (Shelia) and Eddie Lee Isaac (Kermit); and numerous cousins, relatives and friends.
