Judith Ann DeBorde

Our Mother, Judith DeBorde, went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 18, 2024 after a hard fought battle with illness. Judith was 64.

Judith was born on June 2, 1959, to her parents: Harold Lloyd DeBorde and Ozetta Rose Weaver.

Growing up in Pittsburgh, Texas, Judith DeBorde had an incredibly good childhood. This would go on to shape her life as an adult and would inspire her to be a dedicated, hardworking, loving woman. After meeting Larry Griffin, the pair went on to eventually marry in 2002 and create a life in Lindale, Texas.

We mourn the loss of our mother and encourage any and all who knew her to remember her kind and loving heart, and the peace she brought to this world. We will forever hold those memories in our heart.

She was preceded in death by her father: Harold Lloyd DeBorde and daughter: Shannon Nelson.

Those left to cherish her memories include her mother: Ozetta Rose Weaver; children: Danny & Kelly Proctor, Joseph Shelton, Jazmyn Shelton, Janeia Shelton and Jeremy Shelton; siblings: JR & Joann DeBorde, William "Bill" Emmitt DeBorde, Ruby Gail and Kim Stevens, Harold Lloyd DeBorde Jr., and Michelle & Phil Smith; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
