Lacy worked as a caregiver for many years. She was very caring and would help her family and friends whenever asked. She was also an amazing cook. Oh, how she could cook that Chicken and Dressing, Greens, Butter Rolls and mouth melting Banana Pudding and Potato Pies.
Lacy gave her life to Christ at an early age. She joined Lewis Chapel CME Church and was a faithful member until her death. She loved singing in the Choir and was known for Jesus, Oh How I Love to Call Your Name, and I Made It.
Mama Lacy, as she was called by all, loved those grandchildren. There was nothing she would not do for them.
