Lieutenant George Sr.

Lieutenant George Sr., known to many as "My Daddy", was born May 1, 1940 in Hallsville, Texas to Lucious George and Irene Taylor‐George.

He was united in marriage to Alice Faye Collier for 61 years and to this union eight children were born.

Lieutenant was employed by Pepsi Cola Bottling Company for many years before moving on to work for R&K Distributors until he retired.

He was a member of Lillie Hill Baptist Church. Lieutenant was a loving father, grandfather, great‐great grandfather, and great‐great‐great‐grandfather.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Alice Faye George, 4 sisters Dorothy Watkins, Liza Polk, Thelma Harris, Arene Morgan and 2 brothers T.L. George and Roscoe George, a son Lieutenant George Jr. and 2 granddaughters LaChoya and Shametra "Nicole" George and 1 grandson LeDarvion Deonte' George.

Left to cherish his memory: 6 daughters, Faye Pippine of Forney, TX, Annette George of Coppell, TX, Connie George of Irving, TX, Lisa, Cynthia & Jennifer George all of Longview, TX; 1 son, Curtis George (Arlisha); 9 grandchildren; 10 great‐grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Lieutenant Sr. will be truly missed by so many.
