Patricia Ann Washington Johnson was born March 24, 1963 to the parentage of William Rogers Washington and Pearl Bailey Washington in Harleton, Texas.

She accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Lake Providence Baptist Church in Gilmer, Texas. She later joined New Birth Fellowship Church in Kilgore, Texas.
Patricia attended Harleton Independent School District, graduating with the Class of 1981. After graduation, she attended East Texas State University in Commerce, Texas, where she met her husband Darwin V. Johnson Sr. They united in Holy Matrimony on May 7, 1984; to this blessed union three children were born: Darwin V. Johnson Jr., D'Andria K. Johnson and Deavan L. Johnson.
Patricia leaves to cherish her memory: granddaughters, Karrington Johnson Dace and Greenlee Calico; father, Reverend William Rogers Washington; sister, Pamela Washington Askew (William Askew Jr.); sister-in-law, Marla Hartman (Paul Hartman); nieces, Jordan and Kennedy Hartman; nephews, Jaden and Jayce Askew; along with numerous friends and church family.
After being a faithful daughter, caretaker, confidant, and prayer warrior, she is now resting with her mother Pearl Bailey Washington who preceded her in death.
