Rahsaan "Bobo" Jefferson

On March 29, 2008 Rahsaan “Bobo” Jefferson was born to Dormonique Jefferson and Rodregal Johnson Sr. in Martinez, CA. Bobo was also blessed with a bonus father Ricky Miles Jr.

Bobo attended Verde Elementary in Richmond, CA. He later attended Judson and Foster Middle School in Longview, TX. Bobo was just about to enter his freshman year of high school at Longview High School.

He was looking forward to becoming a Lobo and playing the game he loved most football. He had a passion for sports. He enjoyed going back to his lil league “Gregg County Cowboys”, just to help the younger kids and workout. He also enjoyed fishing and riding dirt bikes.

Bobo had a smile that would light up a room. He loved his family and friends and always felt like he was the protector.

Bobo was preceded in death by his grandfathers Dorian Jefferson and Vincent Curry, great-grandfathers Sidney Jefferson and Roy Embry and great-grandmother Gloria Coleman.

He leaves to cherish his memory: parents, Dormonique Jefferson and Rodregal Johnson Sr. of Longview, TX; step-father, Deric Jackson; sisters, Aja Parker, Taleyia, Cikayla, and Serenity Johnson of Longview, TX; step-sister, Janiya Jackson of Longview, TX; brothers, Rodregal Johnson Jr., Antrell Johnson of Longview TX, and Deric Jefferson-Jackson of Longview TX; grandmothers, Lanette Embry of Richmond, CA, Bobby Faggans of Longview, TX; grandfather, Warren Smith of Richmond, CA; great-great grandmothers, Charlie Mae Johnson of Longview, TX and Brenda Saheed of Richmond, CA and Roscoe Johnson Sr.
