Raymond E. Floyd

Raymond was born November 2, 1948 in Longview, Texas to the Late George Elmer Floyd and Luberta Floyd. He attended Longview Public Schools.

He had a passion for traveling around the world. He was a resident of Tacoma, Washington for many years. Before relocating back to Longview, Texas, Raymond was the owner of Car Power  Auto Sales in Washington.

His Life and Legacy will be cherished by his devoted and loving wife, Delois Floyd; two sons, Marlon Shirley and Ellis Cleveland; one daughter, Emilie Floyd; step-son, Allonzo Jones; sisters, Mary Floyd, Brenda Johnson, Sandra Floyd, Ruby Floyd and Rachel (Roy) Devine; one brother, Walter (Lidell) Floyd; aunt, Eula Alexander; sister-in-law, Gloria Horton; special children, Sharon  Rockwall, Tamesha Morris and Marilyn Hawkins; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Special cousins, Pamela Allen, Carl Smith and Preston Allen.
