Mr. Ricky Harris was born in Harrison County on August 28, 1960 to the late Wiley and Bernice Harris.


Mr. Harris joined Lillie Hill Baptist Church at an early age. He attended and graduated from Hallsville School District. He served in the United States Navy completing four years of service and receiving an honorable discharge.


He is preceded in death by his parents, grandmother Louisan Lister and brother Otis James Harris.


He leaves to cherish his memories: sons, Brett (Angelic) Sanders, Jadarious Marshall; granddaughter, Elyssa Sanders; siblings, Alfred (Debra) Henderson, Brenda Templeton, Richard (Dionna) Harris and Ronald (Melba) Harris; a host of nieces, nephews, great‐nieces, great‐nephews, great‐great‐nieces, great‐great‐nephews; his faithful dog, “Doc ”; cousins, family, and friends who loved him dearly
