Ronald Moore Obituary

Mr. Ronald Earl Moore “Cat” was born September 17, 1950 in Longview Texas to the late Joe and Margie Moore.

He attended Mary C. Womack in Longview Texas and was a graduate of the class of 1968.  Ronald had two years of college and served in the United Stated Army and National Guard Reserve for 18 years.  He was honorably discharged as an E4.

He joined Ebenezer Baptist Church, Easton, at an early age, where he served as a deacon and then he became a member of New Smith Chapel House of Power, where he was a faithful member until his health failed.

Ronald married the love of his life Fannie Lee Deckard Moore on August 13, 1977.  They were married for 43 years.

Preceding him in death are his parents Joe and Margie Moore (parents), JoNell Garrett (sister), Frank Moore (brother), Helen Rose Moore (sister), Brenda Champion (sister), Willie Blankenship (sister), Wilbert Moore (brother), Kenneth Moore (brother).

He leaves to cherish his loving memories:  his wife, Fannie Moore; sons: Demetricia Moore (Christie), Denarius Moore (fiancé Shakira); grandchildren: Christian Allison, Demetris Moore, Chantea Moore, LaMia Moore, Xavior Moore, Denarius Moore Jr., and Rylan Moore; siblings: Linda Garrett, Sharon Allison (Ricky), Evelyn Fletcher (Larry), Eva Moore, George Moore all of Easton TX, William Moore (Camille) of Longview, Edward Moore of Overton TX, Karl Moore (Debra) of Liberty City and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
