Starsky DeVon Arthur was born July 26, 1976 in Henderson, Texas. He departed his life, September 14, 2021 in Longview, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his loving grandmother, Jullie Mae Williams and Jimmy Don Williams.

Starsky was graduate of Tatum High School and attended Kilgore Jr. College where he achieved both a welding and carpentry certification.

He attended New Jerusalem C.O.G.I.C. at an early age, and later attended the Cypress Valley Church in Marshall, Texas.

Starsky also was a mentor of Celebrate Recovery in Marshall, Texas. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and cooking.

He leaves to cherish his memories: two sons, Cameron Arthur and Trenton Craig of Tatum, TX; his loving parents, Irene and Dan Whitten both of Tatum, TX; his sister, Sandra (Chidi) Onyi of Plano, TX; four brothers, Daziny Arthur, Richard (Lisa) Christopher, Michael (Shayla) Christopher, Dennis Christopher all of Tatum, TX; a very special friend, Teresa Rivers, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss him very much.
