On December 22, 2020, a precious and beautiful soul graduated from earth to glory.
Sister Varie Reddy was born July 23, 1920 to the union of Toillee and Emma Jackson in Kilgore, Texas. She attended Ned E. Williams Schools and graduated from Ned E. Williams High School.
She gave her life to Christ at an early age at the Pleasant Green Baptist Church.
She was a faithful member of her church and worked as the Mission President and Social Committee President with much joy for many years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Chester Reddy, brothers Mervin Jackson and A. G. Jackson.
She leaves to cherish her memory: children, Robert L. Reddy, Vivian M. Rossum, and Glenda Fay Davis (A.V. Davis Jr., son‐in‐law); grandchildren: Shelia S. Rossum Hill, Dustin L. Davis, Chad A. Davis, Amber M. Davis Turrubiates (Eduardo Turrubiates); nine greatgrands; two great‐great‐grands; and a host of relatives, nieces, nephews, and friends.
